Madel’s Seasonings was established by Victoria, a Greek mother of three, who had a fascination with Mediterranean flavours from a very young age because of her European heritage. Victoria had been creating her own seasoning blends with aromatic flavours for many years prior to starting her own business in April 2011.

 

What prompted her to create ‘Madel’s Seasonings’, was being inundated with requests from family and friends for samples of her home-made seasonings for their parties and barbecues. Victoria then went one step further and created a healthier, revised recipe of each seasoning she had previously made, to ensure they would be Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, No MSG and contain less Sodium and as few Preservatives as possible.

 

She wanted to cater for people who had gluten intolerance, and for Vegetarians too! In 2017 a new product line was launched called ‘Victoria’s Supreme Chicken Salt’ – a Gourmet Seasoning in a Jar. This ‘All Purpose Seasoning’ is also Gluten Free and has No MSG.

 

Victoria’s motto is ‘Cooking without seasonings is like living without love’ and her passion is cooking with seasoning blends – and enabling her customers to create tasty gourmet meals at home with very little effort – as Madel’s Seasonings range truly caters for everyone.
