Our Range

Madel’s original product range which launched in April 2011 included Mediterranean Meat Seasoning, Mediterranean Chicken Seasoning, Mediterranean Seafood Seasoning and Lemon and Chilli Seasoning.

 

These seasonings are absolutely delicious on meat, chicken, fish, seafood and vegetables. The flavour of the seasoning is enhanced when it is mixed with olive oil to create a marinade and then basted onto meat, chicken, etc. There is no need to marinade for any length of time. These seasoning blends are handmade in small batches to ensure optimal freshness and were created to cater for everyone.

 

In 2017 our newest product launched, an ‘All-Purpose Seasoning’ – Victoria’s Supreme Chicken Salt – a Gourmet Seasoning in a Jar. With this product you can sprinkle it liberally on any meal and it will bring out an in-depth flavour. We have tried to keep the sodium level low in our quest for healthy seasonings. These products allow anyone to maximise the flavour of the dishes they are cooking to create quick, healthy and delicious meals.
